Why RunYourOrg exists.
Small membership organizations — photography clubs, professional associations, non-profits, civic groups — are still stuck using software built a decade ago. The incumbents ship forms-inside-of-forms, a 2010 admin UI, and no real answer for the AI era.
RunYourOrg is a modern platform for these organizations. It replaces the legacy tools with a structured-content website, a member portal that feels like 2026 (not 2010), Stripe-powered dues, and AI-assisted drafting for the boring stuff — event descriptions, social posts, newsletters.
Software for small orgs shouldn't feel like enterprise software. It should feel like Notion or Linear: sharp, fast, and quiet — fading into the background so volunteers can actually run their organization instead of wrestling with the tools.

Tampa Area Professional Photographers Association
TAPPA has been meeting, competing, and showcasing photography in Tampa since 1968. They're migrating from legacy membership software to RunYourOrg as our first customer. Their site runs every module — directory, gallery, competitions, points, and news — and it's how we prove every feature works on a real organization before rolling it out.
